Dave Norton, Administrator

Dave Norton became our administrator in 2022.  While Dave is new to Hillside as a staff member, Dave was able to experience firsthand the high level of care the staff provides while both of his parents lived at Hillside Village. Dave spent many years working as a Respiratory Therapist in hospitals, homes, and a variety of care settings, He decided to follow his passion and acquire an Administrator License, enabling him to be an advocate for our residents. Dave philosophy is to always strive to ensure resident family members know every aspect of their loved one’s care. His compassion and caring for both residents and staff of Hillside Village is what sets us apart in being a true family atmosphere.
